You are an experienced software engineer who enjoys coding and is prepared to take on a once-in-a-lifetime challenge. Build our product from the ground up with WorkFlex, the fastest-growing start-up supported by the most well-known VC funds and angel investors!
With the help of the B2B SaaS platform WorkFlex, companies may let their staff members work from any location without worrying about legal issues. To assist us in creating our next-generation platform, we are searching for skilled software engineers.You will be among the first to join the team and report directly to our Head of Engineering. WorkFlex is already being used by more than 200 clients, including Scout24, Biontech, Vodafone, Flix, and others. In the upcoming quarters, you will work with the team to increase our staff, clients, and ARR by five times.
What you're going to do
. Our workation and business travel platform will be planned, developed, run, and owned by you and the team.
. Together with the team, choose the frameworks and technologies to be used for our goods and set up the technical cloud infrastructure.
. Use Java in the backend and Spring Boot to create applications in an agile manner.
. Collaborate on an equal basis with our product managers to create frontends and user interfaces using Typescript and Angular.
. To guarantee reliable and secure applications, apply and incorporate security best practices, such as penetration testing.
. Learn and develop in a fast-paced start-up while working on cutting-edge technology and innovative themes.
The things you need to be successful
. You love to code and have a deep enthusiasm for technology.
. You are proficient with Java and Spring Boot if you concentrate more on backend procedures. You are well-versed in Typescript and Angular if you concentrate more on the frontends. Given that this position is full-stack, you should anticipate working in both fields.
. You are proficient in penetration testing and incorporating security best practices into your development process, and you have a firm grasp of IT security fundamentals.
. You have already dealt with or are interested in relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
. You have knowledge of or interest in using Docker and other container technologies, as well as automated build and deployment procedures with Git.
. Setting up continuous quality control systems for alerting, monitoring, smart logging, and maybe SIEM are DevOps issues that you are familiar with or interested in.
. You do best in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting. You can operate autonomously in a completely remote team environment since you are proactive and self-motivated.
. You feel a great feeling of responsibility.
